We' ve made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so that you are benefited plus the convenience of delivery at your door step.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.

Shipment details :

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier.

Delivery time :

When you place an order with www.purvihandlooms.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items. Once you have placed your order you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimate in the order confirmation email and in the relevant order status link in your account.

All orders are usually shipped within 30 days after the confirmation of the order. However your products may not be in stock and in that case a custom made shipment may take 5/6 weeks. All products are first polythene packed then packing paper wrapped. All orders are shipped by Ist class courier service and home delivered within approximately 5 working days after dispatch of the shipment. Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.

Ordered products if in stock,will be despatched within 3 business days failing which we may have to Weave/Dye/Print/Embroider the same which may take about 30-45 days.We shall at all times keep you updated about the status of your order.

Calculating cost :

Shipping Cost for orders from www.purvihandlooms.com depend upon the options you choose. If you choose to group items into a single shipment as possible, you will be charged for one regular per-shipment fee as well as per item fee for each item in the shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we will charge you full per shipment fees for each shipment as well as per item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many products/items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order :

the larger you order, the lower the rate. On the checkout page, you will select delivery destination, and the next page will calculate the shipping and handling fee for you automatically.

On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large.

Purvi Handlooms is not responsible for any item once it has left our business premises. All damages during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer only.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
